Our newest offering, this natural processed coffee is the result of several years of experimentation at our micro-mill. Natural Processing is actually the oldest known method for drying coffee and is still used widely in Ethiopia. This method creates an amazingly complex, fruit-laden flavor with medium to heavy body.
