Sweet, Aromatic and Well-balanced

Grown at an altitude between 4265 ft. and 5000 ft., we process this coffee by leaving a thin layer of pulp on the beans while they dry. The sugars from the fruit that are absorbed create a sweeter, more complex flavor, and give the coffee a fuller body.
